This website provides information about ShipCalc, a shipping calculator app for Shopify. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems without permission.

Use of the ShipCalc app

The ShipCalc Shopify app is offered subject to these terms and to the policies of the Shopify App Store. Your installation and use of the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.

ShipCalc is provided as a tool to help merchants display shipping rates earlier in the buying journey. ShipCalc does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as conversion rate or sales lift.

Subscription and billing

ShipCalc is offered through a paid subscription billed by Shopify on behalf of ShipCalc. New installs include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the standard plan is $9.99 USD per month, or $99.90 USD per year. You can uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. Refunds for unused time are not provided unless required by law.

Intellectual property

The ShipCalc name, branding, app code, website, and supporting materials belong to ShipCalc unless otherwise stated. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to attempt to access data you are not entitled to.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent ShipCalc’s functionality.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.

Service availability

We work to keep ShipCalc reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. From time to time the app may be unavailable for maintenance or due to issues at upstream providers, including Shopify.

No warranty

The website and the app are provided as-is. We aim to keep information and quote results accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipCalc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
